Interns Lead and Succeed

Banner photo with photos of 16 former Axia interns.

Since 2017, our work to deliver high-impact value chain solutions in a fast-changing world has been supported by offering college students an educational internship experience that prepares them to lead and succeed. Based in Midland, Axia interns quickly learn this isn’t about making coffee for the team. It’s conducting research, collaborating to solve a larger challenge, and being accountable for reporting out progress at Monday staff meetings and presenting to industry partners. Here, our former interns share where they are now, the lessons they learned early in their professional career, and offer advice for rising interns about to lean into their own exceptional experience.
