TIERS: a database of Axia's extensive RFID tag tests to advance adoption in diverse environments and new supply chains.
As an impartial testing and research lab, Axia evaluates RFID-tagged item performance on common, emerging, and new applications. Our knowledge base continues to expand as we test tags from well-known RFID tag manufacturers on actual products and in the increasingly diverse environments where they will be used. Axia believes that optimum RFID tag performance enables transparency, interoperability, efficiency and accessibility across any supply chain.
TIERS (Tagged Item Electronic Repository) is a new online database of non-proprietary RFID tag performance for each product category. TIER 1 encompasses RFID tag performance at the item-level, while TIERS 2 and 3 investigate RFID tag performance at box/case and pallet level, respectively. Available exclusively to Axia members, TIERS provides the data you need to select the right tag for your application.

TIERS is a transparent, neutral database of RFID tag performance tests, accessible to Axia members. Item-level tag validation is done on a variety of RFID tag brands, actual products, standard materials, and in diverse environments.
TRUSTED RESOURCE
Brand Owners Axia members save money and reduce the time to adoption using trusted data in TIERS. Tag Manufacturers Tag manufacturers can submit tags to be added to TIERS.
