The program is designed for mid- to upper-level managers and leaders who want to build a stronger connection with their customers. Participants come from diverse industries including manufacturing, retail and services. They hold roles across the organization: logistics, procurement, operations, finance, supply chain, human resources, and marketing.

This interactive program guides students to discover a competitive advantage by looking at the value chain “from the outside in.” The Value Chain Management Certificate Program is from the graduate-level Supply Chain Management concentration in The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
