On Tuesday, Dec. 10, more than 60 local leaders and community members shared fellowship while learning more about MSU’s offerings in Midland at the MSU St. Andrews Holiday Open House. Open for discovery were analytical and process chemistry labs, the 3-D Printing Lab of MSU’s Innovation Center, and the Axia Institute and Axia Lab, each of which supports projects for companies and industry.

Also on display were curricular and co-curricular programs offered through the STEAM education center: MSU Extension, the Summer Research Program with 2024 students presenting their research posters, a Makerspace robotic challenge field, Axia’s Mobile RFID Lab and the American Chemical Society (Midland Local Section). Collectively, researchers at MSU St. Andrews work to foster research and creativity for business, students, families and educators. Refreshments were prepared and served by the Windover High School Culinary Program.
